Here’s how it works:

You choose how many times a year you want NorthStar to visit.

(Monthly, quarterly, bi-annual)

The cost of labor is discounted through buying a package.

The first hour of work is included in each visit. Anything after that will be charged separate.

Need more time? NorthStar can cater a package to your specific needs.

Upon filling out the contact form PJ will call or email you within 1 business day. It is important to NorthStar that your package is personalized to best fit what you and your home needs.

If services exceed 1 hour, additional charges may apply. These charges will always be communicated before service. You can opt to not get additional work done. NorthStar will never try to oversell you and will be upfront about the urgency of said issues.
